When you contact us via WhatsApp, the enquiry form, phone, or email, we collect the details you share — your name, phone number, email, and the parts you are looking for. With your consent, we also collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics through analytics. We do not collect any analytics data before you consent.
We process your data to respond to enquiries and provide quotes (your request), to fulfil orders (performance of a contract), to improve the site (analytics, based on your consent), and to meet legal/tax obligations. We never sell your personal data.
We use only essential cookies by default. With your consent, we enable privacy-friendly, anonymous Google Analytics to understand site usage. You can accept or decline analytics via the consent banner, and withdraw consent at any time.
Enquiry and contact records are kept only as long as needed to serve you and are routinely deleted afterwards; tax invoices are retained for the period required by Saudi tax law. You may ask us to delete your data sooner (see Your rights).
We share limited data with trusted partners (e.g. delivery providers, our payment processor) only as needed to fulfil your order, and with authorities where required by law. Your data is processed within the Kingdom or with providers offering an adequate level of protection.

To exercise any right, contact us using the details above; we will respond within the period set by the PDPL. You may also lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
We protect your data with access controls and encryption (including encrypted storage of sensitive keys), and restrict access to authorised staff only.
